Cinderella

This is a video Marty & MacKenzie made for our church. They played the video in the middle of the sermon a few weeks ago. The sermon was about really living your life in the moment you're in and not always thinking about tomorrow. Sometimes it's really hard to have that mentality when you have small children. You're always thinking, "Well when they're finally out of diapers, things will be so much easier." and "When they can just feed and dress themselves, things will be so much better." I know this mentality well, because it is easy to slip into thinking like that when you are performing the mundane every day tasks of raising little ones. It takes a conscious effort on my part to remember to truly "BE in the moment" with them and not be looking to what's ahead. This song and video is just a great reminder of that.

Lindsay,

I clicked on the video and it said no longer available. Is this the Cinderella by Steven Curtis Chapman by any chance because we love that song.

I don't know why that is happening. I am able to play the video on all the different computers in our house. Anyone else having a problem viewing the video?

Wow! I Love your new picture header. The girls as usual look absolutly sweeter than angles as they are. Cant wait till you get us shots like those of Taylor and Will.

Hey Linz, it worked this time! Very cute!! I love that you'll have all these videos for MacKenzie one day.

Yeah, that is one reason I will go to great lengths to make these happen, even when it's not the greatest timing or easy to do. I will certainly cherish having these videos of her when she was little. And it will be neat for her to have them when she gets older too.
