**Update: Stellan was born this morning around 10:20. He is doing great! If you haven't had a chance to check out their blog, click here for the announcement and the info on his health. God is GOOD!
If you've been reading my blog for a little while then you probably already know who "MckMama" is and you've probably already seen the above button on my sidebar. If you do not know the background on her story, click here to read a little about it. The short version is that she is pregnant with her 4th child. She has a 3, 2, & 1 year old as well! Brave woman. The baby that she is now carrying (Stellan is his name) was diagnosed with a heart defect and they were told earlier in her pregnancy he would surely die. Well God has been performing miracle after miracle in this baby's life and he has made it all the way to 37 weeks and has had really great test results lately. The future is still unknown for baby Stellan once he is born. He may need surgery right away to fix his heart. He may need to be on medication to help his heart. He may be perfectly fine. He may go home to Heaven shortly after joining us on Earth. I say his future is unknown and that's true, but only to us here. His future is known to one. God knows exactly his future and "MckMama" is an unbelievable pillar of strength, courage and faith. I choose to believe that God has chosen to completely heal Stellan and he will be born a perfectly healthy baby boy tomorrow morning. They are delivering him via c-section tomorrow morning at 9:30 CST. She is asking every prayer warrior out there to pray for Stellan. So if you think about it tonight while saying your prayers or in the morning please say a prayer for baby Stellan. I know "MckMama" appreciates it beyond words.
I am a Wife, "Mommy" and Photographer. I started Bella Bleu Photography with my friend Shannon because we have a love for creating Portraits for people to cherish forever. We love the rewards the job of Portrait Photographer offers. Seeing a new Mom get a tear in her eye when she sees the Portraits we created of her newborn is priceless to us. And knowing that we preserved a moment in time that we can never get back is why we do what we do. It's also why I take tons of pictures of my own little ones. Time flies and life just passes. This is just a small representation of our lives, our experiences, and our work.
