I responded to your question about what camera I was using. I just posted a comment in the same post that you asked the question.
I shoot everything in color. I would hate to take something in b&w and not have that color info when you can always take it out afterwards if needed or wanted.
I use a variety of different conversion methods in Photoshop depending on what the photo needs.
Fantastic, definitely a contender. The processing is so perfect. Love the contrast of that milk white skin with its dusting of freckles against the dark brows and wispy hair. Just beautifully done!
I am a Wife, "Mommy" and Photographer. I started Bella Bleu Photography with my friend Shannon because we have a love for creating Portraits for people to cherish forever. We love the rewards the job of Portrait Photographer offers. Seeing a new Mom get a tear in her eye when she sees the Portraits we created of her newborn is priceless to us. And knowing that we preserved a moment in time that we can never get back is why we do what we do. It's also why I take tons of pictures of my own little ones. Time flies and life just passes. This is just a small representation of our lives, our experiences, and our work.

The eyes and the whispy hair make this photo perfect. I LOVE it!
Very nice Linds! But thats not saying anything new is it? LOL
By the way, you never told me what camera you shoot with. It you did I must have missed it, so my apologies if that was the case.
Im just wondering. Is this B&W shot in camera like this, or did you take the color out in an editing suite?

Really beautiful picture. Flyaway wispy hair, compelling eyes, perfect background. This is my favorite so far.
Can you teach me how to use photoshop? I think I do such a crappy job!
